I am a public health researcher at Fiocruz, Brazil. I am researching and teaching bioethics applied to Collective Health for more than 20 years. And I am interested to improve and exchange knowledge and cooperation with the GHBN.

I am also working with the entanglements between democracy, health emergencies and climate change policies.
